Jason Aldean & Kenny Chresney Coming to Green Bay
6/20/15 – Green Bay, WI – Lambeau Field
We’ve played so many of these stadiums so many summers, I know just how hard the fans coming out can rock,” Kenny says. “There aren’t a lot of guys out there who can hit it the way Jason does, so I’m glad we’re able to bring both of our tours together for 10 nights this summer. I know what me and the guys are bringing in terms of music, and I know Jason can hang with us!”“Kenny is the guy everybody in country music looks up to when they think about workin’ hard, building your career out on the road and getting to eventually play stadiums,” added Jason. “When we first started dipping our toe into that business a few years ago, he’s the guy I would call or text for advice. We have a real friendship. Don’t get me wrong…that doesn’t mean I’m going to make it easy to follow me every night…he’s gonna have to work for it harder than he ever has before!”

Rolling Stone: Blake Shelton Is First Country Act to Top Billboard's Artist 100 Chart
Lets hear it for Blake Shelton.
Rolling Stone:
Thirteen years after the release of his first single "Austin," Blake Shelton has made history as the first country music artist to reach Number One on the Billboard Artist 100. The chart, which includes artists of every genre, is measured by album and song sales, radio airplay, online song streaming and fan interaction on social media.
Previously ranked Number 19, Shelton secured the top spot on last week's chart with some pretty staggering numbers: In a little over a decade, the Oklahoma native's albums have grossed $7.6 million, while his singles have generated $22.8 million.
Last week, Shelton found himself atop another multi-genre chart — the Billboard 200 — with his latest album, Bringing Back the Sunshine. The project, which revisits grittier topics like hard-drinking and harder breakups, is a throwback to his earliest catalog of music and to his musical heroes.

Journal Sentinel Reviews Florida Georgia Line's Latest Release
Below is the Review of Florida Georgia Line's Latest release
Journal Sentinel:
Journal Sentinel:
Many people have tried to capture the bro-country essence that Florida Georgia Line unleashed on its 2012 album, "Here for the Good Times." While traditionalists bemoan the whole genre-bending concept, there's no denying the commercial and cultural impact the duo has had on modern country music.
On their sophomore disc, Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley leave the imitators behind with an album that elevates their distinct sound.
These 12 tracks will resonate with their party-loving fans and garner as many big radio hits as their first.
From the title track's bombastic party anthem through the tradition-tapping "Dirt," Florida Georgia Line adds subtle layers of steel guitar twang and quick-picked banjo with the wailing guitars and electronic beats.
Some fans will never like bro-country, but for those who relish booze-soaked revelry, sun-baked fun and tailgate rock 'n' roll, it doesn't get much better than this.

Country Music In Wisconsin?
I moved to Wisconsin some 14 years ago. I spent many years prior to that working in the Music Business on the Production side.
This last year, as my kids have gotten much older and there is more time around my house to go and do things, my younger son decided he really wanted to go and see Luke Bryan in Concert.
That started it. We got tickets and went and saw Luke Bryan at Country USA in Oshkosh. What an amazing show. The whole event brought back so many great memories. The event was an awesome experience for my son and I have to admit, dad had a blast as well.
Then the bug hit me again. I started looking at all the amazing Musical events that happen in Wisconsin. Country Jam, Country Thunder, Country USA, Summerfest and all the Rock events as well.
The Wife and I purchased our tickets for Country Jam and headed North to spend a great weekend with family at the event. We had so much fun it was amazing. Not easy for me to go that many nights in a row anymore, but for us Old People we kept up just fine. Actually we made it through every show without falling victim to too much partying like some of our younger counterparts in the crowd.
I decided to start this little venture to try and keep up with all the great Country Events across Wisconsin. Hope that many of you join me and post here. Send me updates on shows, reviews of shows and venues, don't forget any local bands. Share your experiences.
