Florida Georgia Line to Open Summerfest
Summerfest has announced their first Headliner for 2015.
Florida Georgia Line will Headline the Marcus Amphitheater. With opening acts Thomas Rhett and Frankie Ballard. June 24th.

I know what me and the guys are bringing in terms of music, and I know Jason can hang with us!”“Kenny is the guy everybody in country music looks up to when they think about workin’ hard, building your career out on the road and getting to eventually play stadiums,” added Jason. “When we first started dipping our toe into that business a few years ago, he’s the guy I would call or text for advice. We have a real friendship. Don’t get me wrong…that doesn’t mean I’m going to make it easy to follow me every night…he’s gonna have to work for it harder than he ever has before!”

Rolling Stone: Blake Shelton Is First Country Act to Top Billboard's Artist 100 Chart

Thirteen years after the release of his first single "Austin," Blake Shelton has made history as the first country music artist to reach Number One on the Billboard Artist 100. The chart, which includes artists of every genre, is measured by album and song sales, radio airplay, online song streaming and fan interaction on social media.
Previously ranked Number 19, Shelton secured the top spot on last week's chart with some pretty staggering numbers: In a little over a decade, the Oklahoma native's albums have grossed $7.6 million, while his singles have generated $22.8 million.
Last week, Shelton found himself atop another multi-genre chart — the Billboard 200 — with his latest album, Bringing Back the Sunshine. The project, which revisits grittier topics like hard-drinking and harder breakups, is a throwback to his earliest catalog of music and to his musical heroes.
